This page explains, in plain terms, what happens to the details you send us through this site.

What we collect

Our enquiry forms ask for your name, phone number, email address and an optional message. The brochure form asks for your name and phone number only. We collect nothing else. There is no account to create and no payment to make on this site.

Why we collect it

We use your details for one purpose: so that the Brickland Platinum sales team can reply to your enquiry, answer questions about plots and villas, and arrange a site visit if you want one. When you submit a form, the details are emailed to our sales inbox. We do not sell, rent or trade your details, and we do not pass them to anyone outside our sales team except the email provider that carries the message to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on a live enquiry. Once an enquiry is closed and there is no longer a reason to hold your details, we delete them.

Asking us to delete your details

You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to sales@brickland.co.in or call +91 76398 32323 and we will act on the request.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no analytics cookies and runs no tracking or advertising scripts today. If that changes, we will update this page before it does.
